Because we don't know enough about it at this time, we should make all kinds of psychological preparations, especially some safety problems should be prevented in advance. 1. It is very important to try it out on an outdoor site with open space and flat site to prevent accidents in case of limit failure,

2 Before trial use, the limit travel switch must be checked to ensure reliable action of the limit travel switch, which is an important measure to ensure safety; Check the wiring to ensure correct wiring (including phase sequence); Before power on, ensure that the distribution box is free of debris,

3 During the trial, the four legs of the lifting platform must be supported, the four tires must be free of force, and the lower underframe of the lifting platform must be horizontal.
4 The load test shall be conducted for many times. During the first load test, the no-load test can be selected to check whether the lifting and lowering speed of the lifting platform is reasonable, whether the stability of the platform meets the requirements, whether the sound is normal, and whether the rated lifting height can be reached. If the test data is normal, the second load test can be conducted; Half load test can be selected for the second load test, and it is recommended to check the stability of the platform. If the sloshing is within the allowable range, the third test - full load test can be conducted to determine whether various parameters of the platform are normal under the rated load.

If it is normal, the fourth test - overload test can be carried out, and 110% load can be added for the test to check whether the anti overload device of the platform is set reasonably. If the setting is correct, the lifting platform cannot rise under the overload state. If it can rise, it indicates that the overload device of the lifting platform is set unreasonably, and the manufacturer should be required to readjust the setting

5 After passing the trial load test, it can be used for carrying people.
